Product facts

Fit lists, pack sizes, thickness, the hardness rating and whether an install frame is in the box come from our own product data, one product at a time. A figure printed for one glass is never carried over to another. If a product does not name its thickness, its page prints no thickness.

Numbers such as 0.33 mm or 9H are given as the box and the product page state them. Tempered glass is a layer meant to take a crack so the screen under it does not have to, and our pages describe it that way, never as a glass that cannot break.

Prices

We update prices on a schedule, and every price on the site is the figure from our last update. The price at checkout is the one that counts. The date of the last update is printed on How we update prices.

Ratings and photographs

Star ratings are the ones buyers gave each product, counted once for a product that comes in several sizes. We do not publish invented reviews, and we do not write reviews of our own products.

The photographs show our own products. Pictures with slogans or arrows printed across them stay off the site.

Corrections

If a fit list, a price or a sentence here is wrong, write to glass@newc-us.com. We fix the page and the product data behind it, so the same mistake does not return at the next update.
