How we update prices
Every price, pack size and fit list on the site comes from our catalog data. Here is what we update, how often, and what happens when a figure moves.
What we update
Four things move: the price of each glass, case and lens set, whether a product is on offer at all, the pack sizes and colors you can choose, and the list of devices each glass fits. Thickness, hardness and the contents of the box change only when a product itself changes.
How often
We update prices on a schedule, across the whole catalog in one pass, rather than one page at a time. The catalog was last updated on October 7, 2026.
Between two updates a price can move at checkout. That is why the site shows the figure from our last update and never promises it.
If the price at checkout is different
The price at checkout is the one that counts. You complete the order with our retail partner, and the figure on its checkout page is the one you pay, whether it is higher or lower than ours.
If you see a gap that looks large, write to glass@newc-us.com with the product name, and we look at it before the next update.
When a product is not on offer
A glass or case that is not on offer leaves the site at the next update, and comes back by itself when it is on offer again. A new phone appears on a fit list when a glass cut for it joins the catalog, not before.
