The NEW'C screen protector for the Redmi Note 5 Pro and Redmi Note 5

This tempered glass is cut for the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro and Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, which share one screen size. When your Note 5 Pro or Note 5 lands face down, this is the layer meant to crack, so the screen under it does not have to.

The box describes the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro and Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 glass as 0.33 mm thick, rounded at the edges and rated 9H on the pencil hardness scale. Take your Note 5 Pro or Note 5 out of its case, clean the screen, then lower the glass from one edge and press from the middle outward. A silicone adhesive layer holds it, and the box says your taps on the Note 5 Pro or Note 5 register as before.

Every glass in the NEW'C product line is cut for named models only, and this one is cut for the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro and Xiaomi Redmi Note 5.

    Questions

About the NEW'C Tempered glass screen protector for Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro and Xiaomi Redmi Note 5

Which phones does the NEW'C glass for the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro fit?

It fits the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro and Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, which take the same cut of glass. To see whether yours is the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro or its twin, open Settings > About phone and read the model name. A phone missing from the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro and Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 list needs a different glass, even when its name is close.

How do you line up the NEW'C glass on your Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro without a frame?

Clean the screen of your Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro or its twin, then hold the glass by its edges and line it up with the top of the screen before it touches. Lower the rest of the glass in one move and press from the center out, so the air leaves at the sides of your Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro or its twin. The installation guide has every step.

How thick is the NEW'C glass for your Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro?

0.33 mm, as the box states for the glass cut for the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro and its twin. At 0.33 mm and rated 9H on the pencil scale, it stands up to scratches, yet a hard drop can still crack it on your Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro or its twin. When it cracks, it has taken a knock that would otherwise have gone to the screen of your Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro or its twin.

Where do you buy the NEW'C glass for your Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro?

The buy button above opens the glass for the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro and its twin at our retail partner. Checkout, shipping and returns for the glass for your Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro or its twin happen there, not on our site.
