The NEW'C screen protector for the Xiaomi Pad 8 Pro and Xiaomi Pad 8

This tempered glass is cut for the Xiaomi Pad 8 Pro and Xiaomi Pad 8, which share one screen size. Tempered glass is a sacrificial layer: on your Pad 8 Pro or Pad 8 it can crack in a fall so the display under it does not have to.

As the box states, the glass for the Xiaomi Pad 8 Pro and Xiaomi Pad 8 is 0.33 mm thick, rounded at the edges and rated 9H on the pencil hardness scale. Take the case off your Pad 8 Pro or Pad 8, fit the glass, and put the case back only once the sheet lies flat from edge to edge. A silicone adhesive layer holds it, and the box says your taps on the Pad 8 Pro or Pad 8 register as before.

Every glass in the NEW'C glass lineup is cut for named models only, and this one is cut for the Xiaomi Pad 8 Pro and Xiaomi Pad 8.

Questions

About the NEW'C Tempered glass screen protector for Xiaomi Pad 8 Pro and Xiaomi Pad 8

Which tablets does the NEW'C glass for the Xiaomi Pad 8 Pro fit?

It fits the Xiaomi Pad 8 Pro and Xiaomi Pad 8, which take the same cut of glass. To see whether yours is the Xiaomi Pad 8 Pro or its twin, open the About section of Settings and read the model. A tablet missing from the Xiaomi Pad 8 Pro and Xiaomi Pad 8 list needs a different glass, even when its name is close.

How do you line up the NEW'C glass on your Xiaomi Pad 8 Pro without a frame?

Clean the screen of your Xiaomi Pad 8 Pro or its twin, then hold the glass by its edges and line it up with the top of the screen before it touches. Lower the rest of the glass in one move and press from the center out, so the air leaves at the sides of your Xiaomi Pad 8 Pro or its twin. The installation guide has every step.

How thick is the NEW'C glass for your Xiaomi Pad 8 Pro?

0.33 mm, as the box states for the glass cut for the Xiaomi Pad 8 Pro and its twin. At 0.33 mm and rated 9H on the pencil scale, it stands up to scratches, yet a hard drop can still crack it on your Xiaomi Pad 8 Pro or its twin. When it cracks, it has taken a knock that would otherwise have gone to the screen of your Xiaomi Pad 8 Pro or its twin.

Where do you buy the NEW'C glass for your Xiaomi Pad 8 Pro?

The buy button above opens the glass for the Xiaomi Pad 8 Pro and its twin at our retail partner. Checkout, shipping and returns for the glass for your Xiaomi Pad 8 Pro or its twin happen there, not on our site.
